I reviewed and sponsored some of David's packages (even if I'm not one
of his top sponsors), most of them were immediately ready to upload, he
was very quick to address issues I encountered (mostly minor issues). He
is good in coding too, he contributed to write a section of one of my
softwares and I really appreciated his commitment. I'd like to see David
join MOTU ranks soon.
