Motu Application for Steve Stalcup (vorian)

Hi,

As a matter of fact I wanted to suggest Steve to apply some time soon, so I 
probably must have the impression he is ready ;-)

He's doing great work on packaging new applications, and the work I have seen 
is close to perfect. Steve also presented good understanding of the Ubuntu 
development process, he is putting a lot of effort in the improvement of Ubuntu 
and whenever he is around on IRC, he is answering questions of newcomers both 
quick and understandable.
In addition to this, he is also quite active at ubuntuforums.org, which makes 
me believe that he is willing to share his knowledge, which makes him a 
perfect sponsor/reviewer.

To sum that up:
* good packages
* good integration in the project
* working really hard
* very helpful
* knows what he is talking about 

Therefore I am 100% supporting his application.
