Tim has been doing great work on the Hardy kernel bits, and has prepared
several stable security update kernel builds as well.  He's shown
himself to be a fast learner, and I enjoy working with him.  I've also
found him to be very helpful in guiding myself and others through kernel
coding work-flows.
