ACK

Tim has been doing pretty much all of the uploads for linux,
linux-restricted-modules, linux-ubuntu-modules, linux-meta and other
related packages for the entire hardy release, and has been doing
uploads as far back as feisty.

He's made some mistakes, but has learned from them, and is open to
suggestions and criticism. He understands and grasps the upload process,
development process, and related scheduling (freezes, etc).
