Harald has been active on almost all fronts. In addition to being a
great mentor for me and several others, apachelogger has also
gotten KDE packaging down to an exact science. The process has
made it quite easy to get KDE releases ready in between the time the
releases are tagged and the time they are released.
In the past, one poor motu (usually apachelogger, poor guy) or core-
dev stressed out over several days trying to get the packages ready.
Both the quality of the packages and stress involved for all parties has
improved since the inception of the Batcave KDE upgrade technique.

He is also a vital link to upstream, keeping the KDE-related bugs in
Kubuntu in good shape. He already does as much work as any core-
dev and is a great asset to Ubuntu already.

+1 from me.
