I've sponsored some of Fabien's updates and he usually does a good job,
shows a good understanding of what he's doing and his responsive to
comments. He has put lot of efforts in firefox and xulrunner in Ubuntu
and be a valuable Ubuntu contributor for quite some time now. 
I recommend it as an Ubuntu MOTU member
