I have uploaded several packages that Scott has worked on, and have 
never once had to question what he has done. His work has always been of 
a high quality, and he is also a pleasure to work with. I feel the MOTU 
community is gaining a very valuable member in Scott, and firmly believe 
he is indeed ready to join the MOTU.
