MOTU Application for Scott Kitterman

Not that he really needs more help, but Scott has a big +1 from me. I've
sponsored/reviewed some of his work and it's always been top notch. He's
been a consistent and valuable contributor to Universe and even let me
do a Behind MOTU interview of him ;-)
