Having worked with Scott since before the turn of the year, I believe he
is ready to gain MOTU membership based on maintenance in both Debian and
Ubuntu, clarification/documentation of procedures in Ubuntu, and
activity in helping Hopefuls/Thundercats (!) with -proposed/-updates and
-security debdiffs.
