Hi all,
I also use Virtual Box,
This message occurs when you do not have an OS installed (or at least
GRUB) on your virtual drive.
To install the OS click your virtual machine.
Click 'Settings' up top.
Click 'Storage' on the side.
Look at the 'Controller:IDE'
Click the CD icon under that. Then, click the CD icon that appears on
the right under 'Attributes'
Click 'Choose a virtual CD/DVD disk file...'
Find the ISO that you dowloaded and click Open.
Check the box underneath that says 'Live CD/DVD'
Click OK
Now start the CD and install normally.
