new here, please help

Hi guys, is this where I can ask for help? I'm getting no response from
askubuntu so I thought that maybe this would be a forum of sorts for
Lubuntu problems, am I wrong? So sorry for the inconvenience.
I have a minor problem with Lubuntu that I hope someone would be able to
help.
