Norgas,

Welcome to Lubuntu mailing list!

You may want to read more about Ubuntu mailing lists:
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/mailing-lists

Linux world is not about cash, but big money companies (Apple, Google,
Yahoo!) make cash using FOSS.

IMHO, the greatest value that the Linux world creates are the
connections, I mean, the communities. The "cash" at the communities or
teams are contributions. You have an idea but do not know how to code,
somebody knows to code, another folk knows how to document that on
wikis, some focus on support, design...

And those communities/teams work together to accomplish something in common.

So besides using the OS and getting help, there's always something
someone can do to help.

My 2 cents.
