Skip but under one condition that is not to change anything on the default
skin of Lubuntu. I'm sure you agree. That 'additional' theme or skin can be
added or perhaps included by default (we can vote for that later).

+1 Totally agree.
Even though, my own style or way of doing that is a bit different. I always
prefer to teach and guide people to use Linux as Linux not Windows. They
need to understand Linux is not Windows and Windows is not Linux. Yes, both
are Operating Systems and both came from C Language but we all know the
differences between those two systems. But yes, in order to put a smile on
everyone's face, I encourage sub-projects like that as long as there is
someone who will maintain it and carry on to improve it.
