Lubuntu 13.04: mysterious occurrence of icons appearing to be dragged

[神癒礁湖 (Rafael Laguna)]

It happens to me too with Nautilus, Caja and Pantheon Files. All the time.
I supposed it was because of the composite manager and my really low-spec
computer.

Do you have any composite manager with or without shadows?
