Lubuntu 13.04: mysterious occurrence of icons appearing to be dragged

Well, I begun to write an answer that I cannot reproduce this problem.. but during writing this message.. Ghost appeared ! (heaheaheah).
Well done, nice video. Even if someone cannot reproduce it, he/she can see clearly the problem.
In my case ghost been slow to appear , about 1 minute or so.

Oh, I just read the description of the bug (before I've seen only the video), so the "ghost icons" appeared in correct time (1-2 mins)
