Lubuntu 13.04: mysterious occurrence of icons appearing to be dragged

It happens to me too with Nautilus, Caja and Pantheon Files. All the time. I supposed it was because of the composite manager and my really low-spec computer.

Do you have any composite manager with or without shadows?

I tried KWin but the problem persits. No change at all. "Ghost Icons" are there too.
