curl doesn't run, only partial update available in update manager...

Hi Dan,
further to what JM said, please do have a read of
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Testing and the section on Partial Upgrades
at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Testing#General_Testing Basically,
during the dev cycle things get up-loaded at different times. If what you
need is not there one hour, it is most likely to be in the queue to be
there. For the long and involved answer, follow the link on the wiki page
about partial upgrades.
