New theme for lubuntu.net

Here's my take -
1. The first option (above the line) for me is too cryptic. I'm a
fairly aware user, and even then that first option leaves me feeling a
bit lost. Nightmare for a newb! :) Also, I don't like being sent to a
different page for something I need to know on *this* page.
2. So my preference is for the second option; the instructions are
clear and well laid out, so that knowledgeable people won't get slowed
down more than a few nanoseconds. But I did feel like by the time I
got presented with download links, I would be confident in what I was
clicking.
3. But - oh wait! There are no download links! :) I get sent to
another page after all! That "Lubunut Releases" page (site?) is rather
nice, actually. But we should at least have the main *download* links
on the *download* page (the four options at the top of Option 1?),
only sending people "off site" if they need something different.
IM(H)O. FWIW. YMMV. yada yada.
