New theme for lubuntu.net

For the finished art work, do not worry...

As soon as Rafael has re-written the entire lubuntu theme, had his nervous
breakdown etc. He can tidy things like that up. Lubuntu has an artwork team
for a reason, and he is the Boss of it.
