Clipboard Manager - Time to report it :)

Ali,

if people are not registered to vote, it is not really our fault. The
mailing list has been the way to allow people to follow a discussion, try
out the options and decide which way - if any, to cast their vote. It
wouild, IMHO, be much better to ecourage people to join the ML. e-mail is
ideal for those who do not like IRC (or because of TZ cannot be there for a
vote) and those who do not want the bother of creating a forum account and
then keep checking in order to keep up to date with what is being voted on.

It is tried and tested method and the old saying goes 'if it is not broken,
do not fix it'.
