LOL . . . ran the "headers" upgrade . . . rebooted . . . .
[CODE] ~$ sudo uname -r
[sudo] password:
5.4.0-42-generic [/CODE]
I then ran another apt dist-upgrade "nothing to do" . . . .
So, seems like the kernel is "stuck"????
