I think these are all really strong starts ( and in the spirit of
"yes, and" and not "yes, but" ) I will "tweek" them a bit --
LoCo teams would better serve the community if guidelines and
expectations regarding activity on a local ( read -- no farther then
an hour or two from another area ( we use 30 minutes for Ohio ) ) were
put in place for both approved and un-approved local communities.
