I think you've missed the main concern:
Canonical having a booth named 'Ubuntu' that is selling Canonical
services rather than the Ubuntu product. And organizing this booth
without talking to the locoteam that has succesfully run these booths in
the past and planned one for this year.

I find that a serious issue and would like to hear a response to that
from you and/or one of the business people about this.
