Unapproved LOCO Teams

My team is considered official, but we do not rely on CD's from ShipIt.
When time comes I believe we'll organise fundings from team members and
go to one of those CD factories. This way we won't have to wait for a
long time until the CD's come and we'll also get more than ~200.

Before you may try handing out Ubuntu CD's to random people, you might
organise your people to support their own local neighbours. Think of it,
why don't I want to install ubuntu? because i don't know anything about
it. But there's this guy from across the street who knows how to handle
stuff and I can always call or mail him... So i'll give it a shot!

This might get some more members to your team as well as 'spread the
word'. Once you get more members, you can get more fundings for future
CD prints of whatever - fun
