Unapproved LOCO Teams

Thanks for Jocelyn to mention this issue and also thanks to Matrin for
reply. Here in Sudan We face the same problem since our group is still
un-official yet. All we have to do is order a few CDs and trying to collect
some dontaion to buy blank Cds and borrow some CD-Writter from our friend
and start burning.
It's just help a little bit.
