Well, in whatever KDE application you can see the current KDE version
in the Help menu -> About KDE.
Really, this is important, as there have been updates since the 13.04
release, and you didn't tell if you have the updates and backports
PPAs enabled. So please, check your exact KDE version

There is no specific color theme for a widget, if you use a color
theme this applies to all KDE applications.
A screenshot could be useful, please store it on imgur and give a link to it.
