The freezes could be related to that you don't have any 3D graphics
driver installed, try to deactivate Composite/Desktop effects and see
if it helps also remove all widgets from your desktop as they have a
habit to crash plasma-desktop to if the crash.

Wine packages can be search for and downloaded from the same places
that have been mention several times before. I get the impression you
don't read or understand the answers you are given?

In the start menu under System there should be a program Hardware
Driver (jockey-kde). It will search your computer for hardware that
needs a special driver and giving you a choice to install driver for
it. But again it probably needs a Internet connection.
