Has Kubuntu become less stable?

The same thing happens to be when there is a CPU intensive activity. At this
time, messages like this are logged:

...CPU0: Core temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled (total events
= 1558216)

So it is definitely related to the fan. Stopping the CPU intensive activity
and restarting dbus usually fixes the issue.
