Flickering screen on vga-out on laptop with Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics

It is an LCD monitor and it works perfect with Win7. I have not done any 
xorg.conf since I am yet to figure out what the problem is.

Thi is btw Intel 4500 HDM integrated graphics card and using 
non-restricted drivers.
