Personalization of the home for the liveCD

Hi:

I'm trying to personalize my kubuntu LiveCD using this guide:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization, but when I
tried to add something to the default user home, I can't find it in
/home.

I supossed that the home of the default user is copied from somewhere
in the boot process, I think that should be something related to
casper, but I can't find where should I put the new files to be copied
on that process.

Any Idea? Documentation? Suggestion?
