Q: how to configure 9.10 LCD weather plasmoid?

Yes, I tried entering all kinds of things, and nothing ever happened (not
even an error message).
However, since the system became more stable following a series of reboots,
I see that the behaviour of the plasmoid now is different, and it's easy to
configure (and now I get an error message when I try to enter cities it
doesn't know about, which is different from what was happening earlier).
