Q: how to configure 9.10 LCD weather plasmoid?

I can confirm this issue using the BBC source. I am using the other
weather plasmoid in the meantime.

Actually, I would like to use YAWP [1] but I am having a hard time
installing it and I cannot find a .deb package.
