Q: how to configure 9.10 LCD weather plasmoid?

Are you entering a city on the NOAA list?  In one of the Alpha versions I ran 
into the same problem and had to enter a city near me instead of my own.  I 
forgot where I found the list, but copy and paste the name into the 'City' box 
and it should work.  :/
