Dear Ciao,

Thank you so very much.  I have been looking at that box over and over 
and at each and every little thing including making sure I didn't 
accidentally hit a comma instead of a period.  I am embarrassed that I 
missed it.  I think people like me were made so that others can feel 
better about themselves.  If that is the case, I wear my stupid banner
