Error Printing in Java

There is a known error printing from Java from the Ubuntu releases. The 
workaround is to change the paper orientation in CUPS from automatic to 
whatever (probably portrait, but others work - just not automatic).

The problem is that I can't find how / where to do that in kubuntu. Apparently 
the Gnome sysadmin utilities have this option, but I can't find it anywhere 
in the KDE utilities. Would someone be so kind as to point out to me how this 
is done in this flavor of Ubuntu?
