Thanks Nigel, I think I will try that.  Most of the advice is similar.  
I have been so careful with the installation, I just can't see how I 
made a mistake.  I have at least Quadruple checked everything, so if 
there is a problem, I am pretty sure I have a new product failure of 
some kind.
