KMenu on the left instead of the right in KDE4?

Everything in the "widget" menu can be dragged anywhere. Just remove the
menu and re-add it, dragging it off the menu into position instead of
double-clicking on it. The way things stand with Plasma right now, once
something's on the panel it can't be moved. I think this is fixed in 4.1.
