You could think about releasing it as a free (or low cost) ebook on 
Lulu.com -- I have been mucking about over there for a few days. Perhaps a 
print version will sell too?

I set my stuff in Lyx (great app, bloody marvelous), used Inkscape for the art 
and cover (but had to moosh the cover thru Scribus * to get a proper PDF 
out.)
