I'm using the repositary that is listed on the page above. Following the 
instructions it tells me to add the following line to my sources.list:

deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde4-3.90.1/ feisty main

And it wanted to remove a whole bunch of stuff. Actually, all the following:

apport-qt hwdb-client-kde kubuntu-desktop language-selector-qt libqt4-core 
libqt4-dev libqt4-gui libqt4-qt3support libqt4-sql python-qt4 qt4-designer 
qt4-dev-tools qt4-qtconfig software-properties-kde speedcrunch

I figured as much, but the announcement says clearly that this should be 
installable alongside KDE3.
