I am not sure what you mean by this question.

Ubuntu is already commercialized, but it is still a free distro.  From day
one, Canonical has offered businesses professional support for a fee.  Just
like RedHat charges for professional support.

What does being commercialized have to do with being free (as in beer and
speech)?
