Firefox dying out

I was just curious as to whether anyone else had seen this behavior. 

Firefox has started going away without warning or reason.  I can't find a log 
file that gives anything more than "segfault", and I'm not exactly what I 
have added or updated that has caused it.  It didn't seem to start with any 
particular software change or update, and hasn't been fixed by any so far.  
I'm just wondering if an addon is causing me problems.

Maybe its the google desktop beta I'm running.
