Yeah, it is.  Your message contained these headers:
Reply-to: Kubuntu Help and User Discussions <kubuntu-users at lists.ubuntu.com>
Mail-followup-to: kubuntu-users at lists.ubuntu.com

II disagree that this is an "incorrect" set up.  The default reply should be 
to the list, not the sender, and the Reply-to header insures that it works 
that way with most mail clients.  Mailing lists that require subscription for 
posting should not be configured rply-to-sender.  It defeats the purpose of 
the list.
