This is an old debate from a time when most lists were low traffic and allowed
posting from non-subscribers. Reply All insured the unsubscribed sender got
a copy.
I may be wrong, but I don't think you can post to this list unless you
subscribe, in which case Reply All should never be used. If you don't trust
the Repy-to header, use Reply to List (L in kmail; not available when I last
used tbird, but that's a tbird problem).
