If you have just downloaded it via the same ktorrent facility, then
you set to continue 'seeding':
(Downloads, max share time, max seed time).

If you have downloaded via another facility, and the iso has the same
md5sum as the final (torrented) download then you can import and
existing iso using the Import Plugin (configure ktorrent). After a
successful import, you can continue seeding without downloading.

If you have a totally new file which you want to share via torrent,
then it is necessary to create a file of the type
name.torrent
and this needs to be used by anyone downloading it in the torrent.

The usual way of using the .torrent file is to have it held on a
tracker machine somewhere, and people will look on the tracker list
to get your file.
