X11 multiple monitor issue

I'm having an issue with getting both of my monitors to come
up...here's the overview:

If I set it up to only use the intel card in my serverlayout section,
I get X on the intel card.

If I set it up to only use the nvidia card in my serverlayout, I get X
on the nvidia card.

If I tell it to use intel leftof nvidia, I get just the intel card.

If I tell it to use nvidia rightof intel, I get nothing (black
screens, but both of them come out of powersave).

Both monitors are identical LCDs running at the same resolution.

I've attached the output of lspci and lsmod, as well as my xorg.conf
and the log it generated.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
