Attach tabs in (primarily) Konqueror

In Konqueror, if you drag a tab from one window to the tab bar in another, the 
tab moves to that other window, but stays where you started too, so you wind 
up with two of them, and have to close the first manually.  That seems to be 
the closest thing to what you're asking for, and it's only half a solution.
