I used Amarok for awhile because I love it as a media tool, and I'd love
to consolidate all my different media needs into one tool. However, I
found that it was sometimes actually downloading one particular track over
and over again, no matter how many times it had already done so. This was
definitely aggravating.

Also, I load my podcasts onto my Creative Zen Nomad so I can listen while
commuting or working out, rather than at my computer. While I love that
Amarok can hook up to my MP3 player and transfer files back and forth, it
doesn't handle playlists on the MP3 player very well, so this isn't much
use for me. I end up using iPodder and KZenExplorer to handle my podcasts
on my MP3 player.

I'm very hopeful that Amarok 2.0 will have better integration with the
Creative MP3 player.
