IBM T23: no Num-lock and Scroll-lock

Matt,

sorry I haven't noticed this earlier: Scroll-lock actually works, only 
the led doesn't come on.
My /etc/X11/Xmodmap:

root at miami:/etc/X11# cat Xmodmap
keycode 77 = Num_Lock
keycode 78 = Scroll_Lock
root at miami:/etc/X11#

followed by a "sudo xmodmap /etc/X11/Xmodmap" gets the numerical keypad, 
the num-lock led and scroll-lock function to work. Only the scroll-lock 
led won't come on.
