I've just tried to do the same thing, but I've hit a problem. About 50%
through installing the update from 6.10 to 7.04, I was told there was a
problem with the Samba update and that it couldn't go any further.
Stupidly, I rebooted the computer as I couldn't see any other way, but now
it won't boot into Kubuntu. Thankfully I also have FC6 on the same machine.
Any idea where I go from here?
