Bug in KDM Theme Manager?

Yes this is a known bug. Unfortunately, the cause of the bug still remains 
unknown and so a fix hasn't been made yet. A way to work around this bug is 
to use KControl instead of System Settings.

Press Alt+F2, type in "kcontrol" and go to System Administration -> KDM Theme 
Manager.
